Account Deletion

Delete your account in SideMeld

Use the deletion option inside the app:

1. Open SideMeld
   Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings
   Go to Settings, then Account.
3. Select Delete account
   Complete the identity check and follow the confirmation steps.
4. Confirm deletion
   Resolve any club-admin responsibilities shown in the app, then confirm the irreversible request.

If you cannot access your account

Email support@unevo.ca with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. You can also visit our Support page.

What is deleted

Your login, name, email, profile, club memberships, invitations, claims, consent/provider metadata and any uploaded personal media associated with your account are permanently removed.

What may remain

Completed match results and football statistics may remain in anonymized form so other members’ shared match history stays accurate. Any retained player reference is no longer linked to your account and is displayed as “Former player.”

Processing and questions

Deletion is irreversible. We process requests as promptly as reasonably practicable; limited information may be retained temporarily in backups or where required by law. Contact support@unevo.ca with questions.
