Applies to SideMeld by Unevo Technologies Inc.
1. Introduction
Unevo Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada (“Unevo,” “we,” or “us”), operates SideMeld. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use SideMeld.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, including your name and confirmed email address; player and club information; attendance, match and statistics data; and communications you send to support. We may also collect basic technical and error information needed to operate and improve the app.
3. Photos, AI and device permissions
SideMeld v1 does not enable profile-photo uploads or AI avatar generation. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location or photo-library permissions. We do not use advertising trackers.
4. How we use information
We use information to create and maintain accounts, provide team and matchday features, keep the service secure, respond to support, diagnose technical problems and meet legal obligations.
5. Service providers and transfers
We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery and technical operations. Information may be processed in Canada or other countries where those providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it, though no electronic system is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can delete your account in the app at Settings → Account → Delete account. See our Account Deletion page.
8. Children
SideMeld is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes and contact
